    Return Applicability
    Please note for the following cases consumers can request return items.
    1 Items have no defective parts, no artificial breakdowns, no destories in package, accessories, or user manuals or not being activated yet within 30 days (including working days and weekends) since received.
    2 Item is found with obvious defective parts and is without being used yet within 30 days (including working days and weekends) since received.

     

    Exceptations for Returns
    Please note for the following cases www.aoearn.com has the right to refuse consumers to return items.
    1 Consumers did not require the delivery staff to return items on receipt of defective items.
    2 Any returns request that beyond 30 days (including working days and weekends) starts from the date consumers receive items. 
    3 Any artificial breakdowns or unauthorized modification on items.
    4 Unable to provide verified ordering provement at www.

    .com.com or artificially change ordering details.
    5 Artificially tear or alter item logos, series No. or waterproof signal etc.
    6 Item broken in the case of force majeure (natural disasters etc.)
    7 Any breakdowns of operations or set-ups that are not followed by user manuals.
    8 Item is not sent out within 7 days (including working days and weekends) after we confirm return request with consumer.


     

    How to Return Items

    .com. Please mark our order number, phone number and "Return" on the package, and let us know the tracking number when you send it out. For refund we will send back your money to your bank normally within 10 working days upon we confirmed your refund request. Please contact your bank for your order refund follow-up.

    3 Item received has obvious difference with product description at www.

    4 Consumers find item is breakdown upon receipt of item from delivery staff
    5 Item is found to be low-quality without artificial breakdowns after exchanged once before.
    6 Item cannot be operated normally by using user manual within 30 days( including working days and weekends) since received.
