Q&A
1. Q: The focus speed is low and photography bellow exist after installing EF-NEX IV lens adapter.
A: This is because the light is not bright enough or too complex. We recommend you to shot outdoors where is bright enough or use photography light for help.
2. Q: Does the lens support AF function after installing EF-NEX IV lens adapter?
A: For Canon zoom lens, AF function works well with the lens adapter in most situations. Part of the prime lens may not work.
3. Q: Will the camera freeze after installing EF-NEX IV lens adapter?
A: EF-NEX IV lens adapter is of high compatibility and can perfectly support most cameras. Camera seldom freezes after installing it. Should camera freeze, please turn off the camera and reinstall the lens adapter.
4. Q: Will it support AF in video shooting?
A: EF-NEX IV lens adapter support AF function in photography mode only. For video shooting, manual focus is needed.
