Motorized head itself works wonderfully, heavy duty feel and function. This is SO rare in my experience for a personal call from someone in the US! Very impressed by their customer service. Pretty simple to set up and tear down, takes only a couple minutes. It has a simple design that's easy to understand in the event you take something apart to put it back together.

I've used the head on two commercial shoots and have no complaints. Something I really like is that it pans and tilts a full 360 degrees. It has a variable speed output - and on the lowest setting I did notice some jittering/ or bumpiness. It's great for a jib or crane and can also be mounted upside down. Speed has great range, smooth, a little motor noise but for the price.

I really love this motorized pan & tilt head. It gives a person who's operating like a 'One Man Band', an easier way to handle their production. The foam lined case is excellent. The product assembly was easy to follow and install on my Manfrotto tripod. It feels like a premium product in my opinion and for the price, you won't be disappointed. I did a test run with my 15' wonder pole and it worked perfectly. I had to purchase a portable power bank to be able to use it outdoors to record soccer games. So far I'm very happy with it.

I bought a crane for location shoots, which meant I was no longer able to reach the camera to accomplish pans and tilts. I've never used a motorized pan/tilt head before, but after doing a LOT of research, and watching a lot of YouTube videos, I decided to take the plunge. After some experimentation, I decided on the "hanging" mount because it provided more stability, and made the entire rig less top-heavy. I just recommend being really comfortable with it before you use it on something critical.
